ORDER & SHIPPING POLICY  

 

Order for Monday, cut off is 2pm Friday.    
Order for Tuesday, cut off is 2pm Saturday.    
Order for Wednesday, cut off is 2pm Monday.    
Order for Thursday, cut off is 2pm Tuesday.    
Order for Friday, cut off is 2pm Wednesday.    
Order for Saturday, cut off is 2pm Thursday.    
Order for Sunday, cut off is 2pm Friday.  

Last minute orders may be accepted between 3pm and 5pm the day before subject to availability. Contact  us to confirm.  

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION  

Once an order has been placed an email notification is sent to Ăn Đi Catering. A team member from Ăn Đi Catering will then accept your order notifying you via email. At this stage you will be notified if any further delivery charges apply. Only once you have this notification is your order confirmed. Payment will be processed when your order is confirmed.  

 

HOW CAN I REVIEW MY ORDER?  

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming details of your order. Alternatively, you can login into your account to see the order history, call our hotline on 0402 423 159 or email us to catering@andi.melbourne  

CAN YOU DELIVER TO A PO BOX?  

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO Box.  

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS  

Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. Please consider this when requesting special dietary requirements.  

Ăn Đi Catering can accommodate most dietary requirements but do need to be given advance warning. All dietary requirements are to be provided in writing prior to your catering event day and is not confirmed until Ăn Đi Catering has accepted it can be accommodated. All dietary specific items can be plated separately and labeled accordingly. Please speak to a Catering Manager should you have a specific dietary requirement.  

MENU SELECTIONS  

All food and beverage menus and selections are subject to change due to seasonality and availability of produce. If a substitution needs to be made a Ăn Đi representative will provide options and get client approval prior to making a change.  

DEPOSITS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES  

Catering orders require 100% pre-payment. Ăn Đi Catering reserves the right to put companies or individuals on credit hold for outstanding invoices. Should catering be cancelled, the following conditions apply:  

· Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will not be refunded.  

· All cancellation requests for Monday orders must be received no later than 12pm the Friday prior.  

DELIVERY TIMES  

· Monday to Friday: 8am-7.30pm  

· Saturday: 9am-4pm  

· Sunday: 10am-3pm  

· Public Holidays: On request  

MINIMUM ORDERS  

· Monday-Saturday: $150 + GST  

· Sunday: $250 + GST  

DELIVERY & FEES  

Ăn Đi Catering deliveries are available to most of the locations stated in the   delivery information page .  

Free delivery applies Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, for postcodes listed in the FREE DELIVERY ZONE table. Delivery costs apply outside these areas.  

PRICE VARIATIONS  

Price Variations: Every endeavour will be made to maintain prices as stated; however, these are subject to change due to seasonal availability of products.  

TERMINATION  

Ăn Đi Catering reserves the right to cancel a delivery or event if:  

· The proposed venue or any part of the venue is closed due to circumstances outside Ăn Đi Catering’s control.  

· The client/hirer becomes insolvent, bankrupt or enters into liquidation or receivership.  

· The event might prejudice the reputation of Ăn Đi Catering.  

· The deposit and final payment have not been paid by the due dates.  

· The client/hirer does not comply with any of the terms and conditions set by Ăn Đi Catering   

ĂN ĐI CATERING WAIVERS RESPONSIBILITY FOR:  

Ăn Đi Catering is not responsible for any theft, damage or loss to any goods that may occur in any public areas.  

Transfers to and from the event location that are contracted by any companies that are not owned or are subsidiaries of Ăn Đi Catering.  

Ăn Đi Catering is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses that you may suffer or incur.  

CONSENT, GOVERNMENT TAXES, CHARGES OR LEVIES  

Rates / Prices are subject to change without notice due to the imposition of Government taxes, charges or levies.  

JURISDICTION  

These terms and conditions and any contract to which they apply shall be governed by the laws Victoria and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
