Should you need to cancel your order, the following conditions apply:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will not be refunded.
All cancellation requests for Monday orders must be received no later than 12pm the Friday prior.

If you are not happy with a particular item, please inform us by 9PM on the day your order is picked up or delivered, email catering@andi.melbourne and place in the Subject Title: Refunds or Credit and your Business Name. We welcome you to attach images explaining your questions. Please provide details about the manner in which the goods fail to serve their purpose, or you deem not up to standard.
